These terms apply when you use tradexbot.io, including the trading terminal, the auto trader, Smart Money Map and any related pages (together, "Tradex Bot", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Tradex Bot.

1. About Tradex Bot

Tradex Bot is a simulator for practising trading with virtual money. It is not a broker, exchange, investment adviser or financial institution. We do not accept deposits, hold client money, execute real orders or offer live trading accounts. Joining the live-accounts waitlist does not mean live accounts will be offered.

2. No financial advice

Everything on Tradex Bot is for education and information only. This includes strategies, bot decisions, chart levels, Smart Money Map drawings, examples, statistics and backtest results. None of it is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell anything.

Simulated results do not predict real results. Real trading involves spreads, slippage, fees and emotions that a simulator does not fully reproduce. Trading leveraged products such as forex and CFDs can lose money quickly; with some brokers you can lose more than you deposit. Any decision to trade real money is yours alone.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these terms.
• Give a valid email address and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• One person per account. Do not share your login or paid access with others. An account can be used on one device at a time: opening it on a new device pauses it on the previous one.
• Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has accessed your account.

4. Demo accounts and prices

• Balances, positions and profit or loss are virtual. They have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for anything.
• The terminal, the auto trader and Smart Money Map work on real-time market prices from third-party price feeds. A feed can occasionally be interrupted or delayed; when that happens, trading in the terminal pauses until live prices return.
• Fills, stops, margin and stop-outs are simulated and may differ from what a broker would do. Market hours are modelled; public holidays are not.
• We may reset, correct or remove demo account data if it was affected by an error, misuse or a data problem.

5. Auto trader

The auto trader applies fixed, rule-based strategies to demo accounts. It does not learn, predict or guarantee results. When it runs on our server, it keeps trading your demo account while your browser is closed until one of these happens: you stop it, your loss limit is reached, or your plan ends. You are responsible for the settings you choose. Past behaviour of any strategy, including published backtests, does not indicate future results.

6. Smart Money Map

Smart Money Map is a charting tool that marks liquidity, fair value gaps, market structure and session levels. It does not place trades or give buy or sell signals. Levels are calculated from the price data available to us and can differ from other platforms or brokers. Higher-timeframe levels are confirmed on candle close.

7. Paid plans and billing

• Paid plans are subscriptions for software. They do not add money to any demo account.
• Free trial. Each paid plan starts with a 3-day free trial. See Free trial policy below.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars; your bank may add currency conversion or other fees. Taxes may apply where required.
• If a payment fails, we may pause the plan's features until payment succeeds. Access may continue for a short grace period while Stripe retries.
• We may change prices for future billing periods. We will tell you at least 14 days before a change applies to your subscription, and you can cancel before it does.

Free trial policy

• Length: Bot Pro and Smart Money Map each come with a free trial of 3 days (72 hours), starting when you complete checkout.
• Card required: you enter a payment card at checkout. Nothing is charged during the trial. Your bank may show a small temporary authorisation to check the card; it is not a charge.
• Automatic charge: if you do not cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged the full plan price ($19 for Bot Pro, $39 for Smart Money Map) when the trial ends, and then every month on that date until you cancel. The exact end date and time are shown in the terminal or on the Smart Money Map page while your trial is running, and on the Stripe checkout page.
• How to cancel: open Manage billing in the terminal or on the Smart Money Map page and cancel the plan. If you cancel during the trial, you are never charged and access ends when the trial ends.
• One trial per person: each person gets one free trial for each plan. If you had that plan before, you are charged at checkout without a trial. Creating extra accounts to get more trials is not allowed, and we may end such trials or accounts.
• Failed payment: if your card cannot be charged when the trial ends, the plan ends and the paid features stop.
• Refunds: the first charge after a trial follows the refund rules below. Please cancel before the trial ends if you do not want to continue.
• We may change or end free trial offers for new customers at any time. This does not affect a trial that has already started.

8. Cancellations and refunds

• Cancel any time from Manage billing in the terminal or on the Smart Money Map chart. Cancelling stops future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. If you cancel during a free trial, you are not charged and access ends when the trial ends.
• Payments are non-refundable, including for partly used months, except where the law requires a refund or where we decide otherwise.
• If you were charged by mistake (for example, charged twice, or charged after cancelling), email [email protected] within 14 days with your account email and the date of the charge. We will refund any incorrect charge.
• If we permanently discontinue a paid plan for reasons other than a breach of these terms, we will refund the unused part of your current period.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, scrape, resell, redistribute or publicly display data, drawings or content from paid features;
• reverse engineer, decompile or try to extract the logic of our strategies, Smart Money Map or server code;
• access the site with bots or scripts at a rate that burdens our servers, or try to bypass rate limits, payment or access controls;
• interfere with security, probe for vulnerabilities without our permission, or access other users' data;
• use the site for anything unlawful, or to mislead others, for example by presenting simulated results as real trading results.

10. Our content

The site, its design, text, images, strategies, analysis methods and software belong to Tradex Bot or its licensors and are protected by law. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own practice and learning while your account is in good standing. Charts are drawn with TradingView Lightweight Charts™ under its licence.

11. Third-party services

We rely on third parties: Supabase (sign-in), Stripe (payments), market data providers (prices), Google (sign-in with Google and web fonts) and jsDelivr (code delivery). Their services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or accuracy.

12. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Tradex Bot running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at any particular time. We may change, add or remove features. We may update these terms; if a change is significant, we will post it on the site or email you before it takes effect. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

13. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Tradex Bot is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows:

• we make no warranties about accuracy, reliability or fitness for a purpose;
• we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages, including losses from decisions you make with real money based on anything you saw here.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to Tradex Bot is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under laws that cannot be excluded.

14. Ending your access

You can stop using Tradex Bot at any time and ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, misuse the site or put other users at risk. If we close your account for a breach, paid amounts are not refunded.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes will be handled by the courts of Pakistan. This does not apply where the law of the country you live in gives you the right to bring a claim there.
